How Scheduling Works
Every year we are gaining new clients and expanding into new parts of the country, and as a result scheduling can become very hectic. To avoid scheduling conflicts and to make our routes as efficient as possible during shearing season our system of scheduling is done a little differently from other shearers.
We start taking bookings and contacting old clients in Oct/Nov. If you wish to use our services you will contact us during this time with the following info.
- Your Name
- Your Farms Name
- Your Address
- Your telephone number
- How many alpacas you will have on shearing day. If you are not exactly sure then a close estimate is fine.
- Huacayas or Suris
- Any special requests you may have.
Upon receiving this Info we will put you on our shearing list of clients and guarantee you a spot on our schedule. We will give you an approximate range of days we will be in your state within a five day range so you can have a rough idea of what time of month we will be shearing your alpacas.
Our scheduling of exact dates then takes place between mid-late January. Towards the last week of January we will contact you with a time and date and set our appointment.
